Attend the Climate (In)justice: Social Justice in Practice event featuring the work of ARISE Adelante, a grassroots, women-led organization based in the Rio Grande Valley. The talk ties into COLA's 2023-2024 Common Read book choice, "All We Can Save: Truth, Courage & Solutions for the Climate Crisis," an anthology of writings by 60 women at the forefront of the climate movement.
