Celebrate spring and immerse yourself in the vibrant world of pollinators and the vital role they play in our ecosystem at Texas Science & Natural History Museum’s Pollinator Day!
🔍 See a diverse array of pollinators, from industrious bees to delicate butterflies, from the Entomology Collection of the UT Biodiversity Center
🌺 Make wildflower seed balls to plant at home with the Capital Area Master Naturalists
🌱 Meet experts from the Lady Bird Johnson Wildflower Center and learn how you can make a difference in supporting pollinator populations
🦋 See “Decimation Proclamation”, an art installation featuring hundreds of colorful, shimmering butterflies
🐝 Learn about a wide variety of native bees of Central Texas
🌼 See the museum’s own pollinator gardens and take home a guide to pollinator-friendly plants
 
All Pollinator Day activities take place from 11am-2pm and are free with museum admission.
