Have an interest in Waller Creek? Attend the Waller Creek Symposium!
The goals of the Symposium are to allow those interested in Waller Creek, urban nature/ecology, and urban stream ecology to share ideas, data, questions, and hear from a few speakers. The main focus of the symposium is the poster session from 1-3pm. It is strongly encouraged to bring a poster, or other visuals, to help foster discussion and the sharing of information. However, attendees are welcome to come to learn and share information without a poster.
Students will be presenting their data, and others are invited to bring information to share. Starting at 3pm, there will be three speakers:
- Dr. Sanchita Bhadra, UT-Austin, Molecular Biosciences
